Hammers are rectangular in shape with four wear positions. This shape provides the most even production and product gradation. When used correctly, each blow bar will offer four flips, which extends the life of the wear components. Depending on the application, we can provide a variety of different hammer compositions. From high chrome, high carbon limestone applications to low chrome, low carbon recycle applications, we are able to provide the correct blow bar for your project.

Working principle of impact crushing machine:

The impact crushing machine crush materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the impact rack for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. The process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharge from the lower part of the machine.
