Installation, Adjustment & Trial:

Every crusher we produce is no-load tested after manufacturing. The users should check the container loading list to avoid the probable problems occurring during the transportation.

1 Because of the strong vibration caused by the crusher when it works, it should be installed on the reinforced concrete structure and the weight of the base should be 8 to 10 times of the machine and the depth of the foundation should be more than that of the freezing land. The demensions on the principal parts drawing is the data of the relative position of the main frame and the foundation bolt of the electric motor. Preformed hole should be prepared when installing the foundation bolt out of consideration of secondary grouting. The height and size of the charging channel depend on the discharging mode so that could be decided on scene.

2 To decrease the vibration, more than 10mm-thick rubber belt should be set between the crusher and the concrete structure foundation when proceeding secondary grouting and screw the foundation bolt after the cement is firm. During this process, the degree of level should be tested by a level meter. The deviation should be less than 5mm within the confine of the width of the front wall of the framework. The test for the degree of level of the crusher is of great importance. If the crusher is horizontal, side feeding and load diversity could be avoided.

3 When installing the electric motor, the users should check the distance between the frame and the motor and also examine whether the end planes of the grooved pulley of the motor and that of the frame are at the same level to ensure the effective operation of the all the V-belts.

4 The size of the discharge opening could be adjusted according to the size of discharge particles and the capacity of the crusher. The spring should be uncoiled before adjusting the size of the discharge opening and it should be screwed again after the adjustment to avoid the wrist plate off during the operation. See the adjustment part.
