Application of PE900x1060:

The machine is a jaw crusher with compound motion. It has been extensively used for highways and railways and in many areas as building material, mining, chemical, and metallurgicl and water conservancy industries. It is capable of crushing the stone materials smaller than 685mm and with breaking strength up to 250Mpa in the primary or secondary crushing stages.

Remarks:

The capacity of the crusher can be affected by various factors, such as ways of feeding, shapes of the feeding material, composition of the particles, statuses of the feeding material (dry, wet, soft and hard) and so on. The hard and fragile materials are easier to crush than hard and tough materials. The platy materials are easier to crush and can get a higher capacity than globular materials and the mixed materials with different sizes are easier to crush and can get a higher capacity than the materials of the same sizes. On the contrary, if the size of the feeding materials surpass the max. feeding size or the feeding entry is choked because of too much feeding materials, the capacity will be decreased.

The main frame of jaw crusher should be strong and hard enough to bear the impact force during operation.

The main frame is the weldment combined with an upper frame and a lower frame. There is a jaw plate fixed by screws in the front of the frame and upper cheek plate and lower cheek plate fixed by screws on the left and right side. The movable and fixed jaw plates are casted by high manganese steel of high quality. The plate is designed as bilateral symmetry to prolong the operation life. Once one end is worn down, the other end could be put into use.
