This jaw crusher was shipped to Russia. Because of the heavey weight and big size of this model, in 

order to load into the container, we dismantled the machine into several parts.   A steel frame 

support should be made for Jaw assembly, otherwise, it cannot be put into the container because 

of its long shaft.

We export such model for many times, before delivery, the whole machine will be 

devided into 5 packages:   1) The main body (not including jaw assembly); 

                                          2) Fly wheel; 

                                          3) Pulley;

                                          4) Jaw assembly;

                                          5)Spare parts of the machine (including electric motor)

Working principle of mineral Stone Jaw Crusher Plant:

The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of crusher.
