Story of This Jaw Crusher:

Jaw crushers PE1000x1200 are also welcomed by our clients in KSA, it can reach capacity arround 300tph, but the discharged size of PE1000x1200 is a little bigger than that of PE900x1200. Therefore, a bigger cone crusher should be chosen in the next crushing stage, usually we equip 5 1/2FT symons cone crusher, but some clients aslo prefer 4 1/4FT, that is also ok. For Vibrating Feeder, ZSW590x110 or ZSW600x130 is suitable according to the size of raw materials. About the vibrating screen, usually YA2160 is equipped, as for the layers of screen, it depends on the kinds of final products.

The main frame is the weldment combined with an upper frame and a lower frame. There is a jaw plate fixed by screws in the front of the frame and upper cheek plate and lower cheek plate fixed by screws on the left and right side. The movable and fixed jaw plates are casted by high manganese steel of high quality. The plate is designed as bilateral symmetry to prolong the operation life. Once one end is worn down, the other end could be put into use.

The process of installation of the adjustable components:

a. The wrist plate washer 85 is fixed on the adjustment base 84 by angle iron 69 and bolts. The adjustment washer is put between the base and underlying framework.

b. When adjusting the discharging mouth, loose the pull-rod nut in the tense components properly first, loose the spring, and then the bolts at the both ends of the framework, and screw the hydraulic lifting sling into the nut behind the framework. Then open the delivery valve, pull the hand shank and push the adjustment washer to the discharging mouth, and then fixing the bolts at each end of the framework. When the adjustment washer is got out, the discharging mouth will be enlarged; when the adjustment washer is put in, the size of discharging mouth will be reduced. Once the expected size of the discharging mouth is reached along, loosing the bolts at both ends of the framework and then the hydraulic lifting sling. Under the gravity action of the components of movable and fixed jaw components, the bolts at both ends of the framework will be fixed after the adjustment base and adjustment levers are pressed tightly to the backwall.

c. Screwing the pull-rod nut properly and shrinking the spring, then the job of adjusting the discharging mouth is finished.
