Operating Rule

1. The preparation before starting:

①Read through the logbook and solve the issues left over from the last shift.

②Examine and clean the debris left in the main frame and the conveying trough, and the spring and the support.

③Examine whether all the fasteners are firm or not.

④Examine whether the surface of lubricating oil in the vibration exciter is higher than the height of the oil pointer.

⑤Examine whether the conveying belt is in good condition. If it is worn out, it should be replaced at once. When it is greasy, it should be cleaned.

2. Starting

①The machine could be started after confirming the conveying parts are in good condition

②The machine could be started only under no-load condition.

③Stopping the machine if there are abnormalities after starting. The machine could be restarted after the problems are solved.

3. Application

①The machine can operate with materials only after it vibrates stably.

②Feeding materials should meet the requirements of no-load trial.

③Stopping the machine according to the rules. Don't stop the machine that is with materials. Don't feed materials when or after stopping the machine.

Maintenance and Safety Technique

1. Regular maintenance and examination could prolong the service life of the machine and ensure normal operation. For lubrication, the users should pay attention to the following points:

①The machine is lubricated by thin oil. The lubricating oil is decided by the operation venue and the weather condition. Usually we use 20 gear oil.

②The surface of the thin oil in the vibration exciter should be higher than the height of the oil pointer. And the thin oil should be replaced every 3 to 6 months. Before the replacement, the oil tank, the bearing roller and the surface of the gears should be cleaned by clear gasoline or coal oil.

2. Safety Technique:

①The operators must receive safety operation courses.

②Don't stand by the machine or touch the machine when it is operating. Don't adjust, clean or repair the machine during the operation.

③The electrical equipment should be grounded. The electric wires should be insulated and wrapped in reptile skin. Examine regularly whether the wiring is worn out or leaked.
