I. Fields of Application

The machine is fed according the vibration principles. It is widely used in mining industry, construction material, silicate and chemical industry. It is also used to deliver to the next process the particles of minerals and rocks that are smaller than 580mm.

2.Operating Principles and Structural Features

The vibration feeders ZW600×130 is mainly consisted of spring, vibrator, vibration support of the motor and the electric motor. The vibration exciter is combined with two eccentric axle in specific location. Those two rows of gears should meet each other. The two eccentric axles are driven by the electric motor and produce great straight exciting force and make the main frame do forced vibration on the supporting spring. At the same time, the items are also driven by the vibration. They slide on the charging box, doing projectile motion so that they could be feeded into the machines. When the items pass the grizzly bar on the vale, the small particles will drop down through the backlashes so that it is unnecessary to crush them during the next process.
