Installation, Trial and Test-running:

1. Examine the spare parts to make sure all of them are installed and in good condition. The exciter manufactured over half a year should be cleaned and reinstalled.

2. The installation spot should be ready for the lifting.

3. The installation sequence is as follows:

   ① Make sure the place and size is correct;

   ② Install the base and spring;

   ③ Place the main part of the screen;

   ④ Install the generator;

   ⑤ Connect Electricity wire;

   ⑥ Install Belt pulley and the belt.

4. Install the feed and the out hoppers. The distance between a hopper and the screen box should be longer than 40mm, with the front over 80mm and the vertical also over 80mm

5. To decrease the impact, the vertical distance between the material and the surface should not be longer than 200mm.

6. The following items should be carefully examined after the installation:

   ① The reduction of the spring, make sure the difference is less than 5mm as far as the front and the back, the left and the right springs are considered;

   ② The exciter, whether it can move flexibly without distraction;

   ③ The surrounding feed and out hopper's place;

   ④ The fasten parts.

7. The test-running could be preceded after the successful installation

①The test-running should be no less than 4 hours.

②The screen operates stably and makes no noise.

③No leakage

④The temperature of the bearing of the vibration exciter should be no more than 85℃

⑤The performance parameter of the screen should meet the requirements.

⑥Test the machine according to the plan and get the chnological parameter. Make record of the results.
