Operating Principles:

The Circular Vibration Screen is forced vibration screening equipment with movable parts like screen box and exciter as the mass (M), the metal spiral spring as the elastic component (C), and the exciter as the exciting force. The generator produces great centrifugal force through the exciter driven by the belt pulley and the high-speed circulation of the eccentric shaft and press. This forces the continuous circular movement on the part of the screen box, with which the materials are thrown up and down on the declining screen. The particles are screened when they fall down as different layers, which complete the classification process.

Check and Receive:

After the arrival of the products, the users should check and receive the goods within three months. And the users should examine the following events:

1. Manufacturer certificate

2. Count the quantity according to the shipping list.

3. Examine whether there are any damages of the machine and the components. Once there is parts shortage, damages or other quality problems, the users should make record and inform our company to investigate the problems

Lifting Transportation and Assurance:

1. Lifting: The hanger and lifting equipment should be strong enough to lift the screen. The wire cable should be buckled on the lifting eyes on both sides of the lifting box. A square-edge timber of 120×120mm could be supported between the two side plates in case of transformation. The screening box should keep horizontal during the lifting process.

2. Transportation: Pay special attention to the transportation of the screen in case of transformation or damages. It couldn't be dragged on the ground.

3. Storage: make sure that the place is level, the steeper under the product. Cover it if you put it outside so as not to get wet when it rains. Frequent maintenance should be carried out and it's better to put a rust preventive coating on the parts that are not covered.

4. Place the generator, spring and other removable parts inside the house. Take care not to miss any one of them.
