Instruction of Pipeline:

1.The maximum pressure of the crusher lubrication system is 0.4Mpa.

2.The pipelines that we offered include the pipes, pipe connector and other lubrication equipment that delivered together with the crusher. In order to adapt to the local condition, the layout of the pipelines can be changed. When layout the feeding oil pipe and oil-return pipe, two factors should be taken into consideration. The pipe line should be as short and straight as possible. There's no dead oil way and obstacles of oil liquidity. The smallest inclination of oil exit pipe is 1:12.

3.Check the cleaning degree of the inner pipeline. To ensure the safe running of the oil pump, all the dross and scraps from the end of screw thread should be removed.

4.The connector should be installed in the suitable place to lubricate when dismantle the parts like oil pump, filter, cooler and so on.

5.Inspect all the pipeline connectors and see if there's the leakage of oil. The important point is to ensure the absolutely sealed of the intake oil pump which is between the oil pump and oil tank, because the leakage of the intake oil pump will lead the lower efficiency of the oil pump, that is, greatly reduce the oil volume and oil pressure and will be possible harm to the lubrication of the crusher. The leakage of oil intake pipe is not like the leakage of the pressure oil pipe which can be exposed, so it is more dangerous. 

The Interchangeable Installation and Disassemble Instruction:

Before installation of the crusher parts, pls check if the protective layer that on the process surface is erased, especially inspect if there's any mental scraps and pollutant in the oil hole and oil pipe.

The process surface of supporting sleeve and screw thread maybe damaged during the transportation. It must be repaired before installation. After cleaning, a layer of thin lubrication oil should be painted on the process surfaces of all the bearing and spare parts.

The Interchangeable Maintain Instruction:

When maintaining the crusher, pls follow the below prevent measures:

1.When dismantle the process parts which are possible to get rusty, whatever how long these parts will stay after they are dismantled from the crusher, enough lubricating oil or rust preventer should be covered on their surface.

2.Be careful when deal with the process surfaces or bearing surfaces which have small common differences. 

3.When dismantle the bearing or spare parts with process surfaces,a piece of wooden plate should be put on the ground to avoid the direct touch with the ground. 

4.Do pay special attention when dealing with bronze bowl shaped tile and bearing. Turned edge or bulge may appear if impacting this type of soft material.

5.Before installing all the process parts into the crusher, pls clean them thoroughly and paint lubricating oil. The bearing cannot be installed if there's no lubricating oil on it.

6.When install parts of stationary fit or slide fit, a layer of lubricating oil should be painted on the interface of the two parts.

7.Liner bushes of main shaft and main frame should be stored upright. If they are stored by other ways, they will be out of shape and therefore cannot be installed into the crusher.

8.Use cloth with molybdenum disulfide powder to clean the screw surfaces of adjusting sleeve, supporting sleeve, main shaft, screw nut of main shaft, lock ring, lock screw nut and covering plate of lock screw nut, and then paint lubricating grease or oil on the surfaces. If it is difficult to buy molybdenum disulfide powder, enough lubricating grease is also ok.
