Application fields:
The crushers of this series are generally used for secondary or third crushing stage. It is equiped with high crushing efficiency and good hydraulic control system, widely used in the industries of metallurgy, building material, road construction, chemical engineering & silicate, suitable for crushing all kinds of stones with hardness of medium or high hardness. PYF Compound Cone Crusher is normally used for medium or coarse crushing and short head cone crusher is for medium or fine crushing. The user may choose different chambers according to your own requirement.
The crushers of this series adopt optimal combination with crushing frequency and eccentricity, which can make the fine crushing degree of the material to be crushed to be higher. Compared with similar model, the crushing capacity is higher. Each size of crusher can be provided with a variety of chamber types, so customer can select chamber type according to their needs.
Features of Compound Cone Crusher:
1.In the medium and large-sized crusher,the use of hydraulic cavity clearing system can reduce downtime.
2.Large crushing force,good particle shape,high efficiency.
3.The use of spring protection system or hydraulic cylinder can make the foreign body and iron getting through the crushing chamber without damaging the crusher.
4.The use of grease seal can avoid the easy blocking of the water supply and drainage systems and easy mixing of water and oil.
5.The adjustment of the discharge port is convenient.
6.The diversification of cavity type can meet the needs of different users.
When the Cone crusher works, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner, and sometimes far away from the bowl liner. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing chamber.
