How do jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher work in the stone crushing plant?

Stone crushers are widely applied inthe crushing line and quarry plant,construction,metallurgical,chemistry, petrochemicals, transportation, energy, building materials industry. They are suitable for crushing high hardness, middle hardness and soft stones and ores such as iron ore, limestone, slag, marble, quartz, granite, cement, clinker and so on. The Common types of stone crushers are jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, roll crusher, hammer crusher and VSI sand making machine.

One complete sand making plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, cone crusher or impact crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electrical control panel, some times the customers need dust collected system. Different type of stone crusher has different application in the crushing line. In general, Jaw crusher is primary crushing machine. For secondary crushing equipment, it usually includes cone crusher, impact crusher, fineness jaw crusher, roller crusher. Some customers have the requirement of sand product, so the tertiary crusher is needed. Normally, we choose fineness cone crusher or VSI sand maker according to the requirement of customers that whether cubical shape of final products are needed or not. The finest crushing machine is VSI sand making machine, the output sizes are around 0~5 mm.

But do you know how do crushing plant works?

Firstly, the raw materials are evenly fed into the chamber of jaw crusher through the vibrating feeder. And then the crushed stones or ores from jaw crusher are transported by belt conveyor to the secondary crusher--cone crusher or impact crusher. The crushed aggregate from cone crusher or impact crusher some times are needed to screen out the qualified parcels, and the unqualified stones will be transported by belt conveyor back to the secondary crushers to re-crush until get the qualified aggregate. If customers need more fine products, the unqualified stones will be transported to the tertiary crushing machine like VSI, and the output aggregate bigger than qualified sizes will be transported again to the VSI until all the final products are qualified.
